Sync App Time
In Google Authenticator, go to Settings > Time correction for codes > Sync now.

Ensure your phone and PC are set to the same time zone.

Use Backup Codes
If you are locked out, use the codes you saved when setting up 2FA.
When to See a Technician
2FA codes are "Time-based" (TOTP). If your phone's clock is off by even 30 seconds, the code will fail.
