Email stuck in Outbox

A message is listed in the Outbox folder and won't leave.
Symptoms
- Message in italics
- Spinning icon
- No error message
Possible Causes
- Large attachment
- Connection dropped during send
- Corrupted message
Step-by-Step Fix

Delete the Message
Remove the stuck email and try sending a new, smaller one.

Go Offline
Set the mail client to "Work Offline", delete the message, then go back online.

Check Attachment Size
Ensure the file isn't over the limit (usually 20-25MB).
