Smart bulb unable to connect to hub

Step-by-Step Fix

Bring Bulb Closer
Pair the bulb in a lamp right next to the hub, then move it.

Force Pairing Mode
Turn the bulb on/off repeatedly until it flashes/pulses.

Restart Hub
Reboot the central controller to refresh the Zigbee/Matter network.
When to See a Technician
Zigbee devices form a "Mesh". If a bulb is too far, add another smart device in between to act as a repeater.
