Step-by-Step Fix

Find Wake Source

Run "powercfg /lastwake" to see what device or task woke the PC.

Power Options > Change plan settings > Advanced > Sleep > Allow wake timers > Disable.

Disable Wake on LAN

In Device Manager, uncheck "Allow this device to wake the computer" for your network card.
