Symptoms

Step-by-Step Fix

Disconnect Internet
Immediately cut the connection to stop the remote user.

Go to Settings > System > Remote Desktop and turn it OFF.

Check for Remote Apps
Uninstall TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or LogMeIn if you don't use them.
When to See a Technician
