Go to "neverssl.com"
Forces a non-secure connection which usually triggers the login portal.

Use Router IP
Type 192.168.1.1 or 1.1.1.1 into your browser to force the portal.

Disable Custom DNS
If you use Google DNS (8.8.8.8), switch back to "Auto" so the hotel DNS can work.
