Adjust Sidetone in App
Use the headset software (iCUE, G-Hub, etc.) to lower the sidetone slider.

Sound Control Panel > Recording > Properties > Listen > Ensure "Listen to this device" is OFF.

Update Headset Firmware
Sometimes firmware bugs cause sidetone to reset to 100%.
